I am an experienced counsellor, psychotherapist and coach accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I provide face to face and online therapy and coaching. I also provide well-being workshops, trainings and individual consultations for organisations to improve the mental health and overall well-being of employees.

 

As individuals, we all have different needs when looking for therapeutic or coaching support. I believe you should be at the centre of this process and I can help you manage an array of challenges you may have. All of us have the potential for personal change, growth and development and my goal is to help you develop the coping skills necessary to manage life’s difficulties, whilst also guiding you to access pertinent support networks and resources necessary to sustain overall well-being.

I am an accredited psychotherapist, coach, and clinical supervisor, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Association for Coaching.

I offer psychotherapy and coaching for individuals, alongside clinical supervision for qualified therapists and trainees. My work is available both online and in person. I also collaborate with organisations to deliver wellbeing workshops, training, and consultancy focused on mental health, performance, and sustainable change.

People come to this work for different reasons. You may be navigating emotional overwhelm, identity-related challenges, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck despite having insight into what’s not working. You may also be looking for a space that allows for both depth and practical change.

My approach is integrative, combining psychotherapy with coaching where appropriate. This allows us to examine underlying patterns while also developing ways to implement change in your day-to-day life.

This work is collaborative, but structured. You remain at the centre of the process, while I bring clinical expertise, perspective, and challenge where needed. The focus is not only on understanding your experiences, but on creating shifts that are sustained over time.
